18 students, 7 apartments for 3 or 2 tenants, 2 steps from the faculties.
This spacious and refined minimal-style room is perfect for students who want an elegant and functional environment. The single bed is equipped with an ergonomic mattress to ensure quality sleep, because we know how important it is to rest well!
The large and well organized desk is ideal for the most demanding students who need space to concentrate on their studies. Furthermore, the three-door wardrobe offers a practical solution for always keeping the bedroom tidy, allowing you to live in a serene and comfortable environment.

The PHO.ROOM residence offers all its guests the comfort of apartments for 2 or 3 tenants and all the opportunities that a structure exclusively for students can offer both from the point of view of study and socialisation.
