The apartment
Splendid 90m2 apartment in a quiet and peaceful area 10 minutes walk from the train station. All the main points of interest in the city are easily reachable in a few minutes by bicycle.
The apartment, on the fourth floor of a residential building, consists of a functional kitchen that overlooks a large parquet -floored living-dining room , with fireplace and direct access to a large balcony, three single rooms and a bathroom with tub , washing machine and private balcony. The apartment's facilities are completed by covered bike spaces and a parking space (to be shared in rotation with the other roommates).
