Bright and spacious 105 m2 apartment recently furnished with new furniture , located in Via Perini.
In an optimal position for students of any faculty, it is located a few minutes walk from the centre, from the BUC University Library and from Piazza Fiera where you can take bus no. 5 which leads to the faculties of Povo-Mesiano.
The apartment is located on the second floor and consists of kitchen with 4-burner hob, oven, fridge, freezer, four single rooms, one of which with private balcony and a windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The area is very convenient, close to the historic center but also a stone's throw from the Lungo Fersina. Just below the house there is a supermarket, along the neighboring street all the main city services including the cinema, tobacconist, bakery, bars, pizzerias and the Santa Chiara theater.
