The apartment is located on the top floor of a renovated building in via Venezia, a very convenient location for reaching both the headquarters of the Faculty of Engineering and the headquarters of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, as well as the city for attending the faculties in the center ( Literature, Sociology, Economics and Law). Each room has forced mechanical ventilation which guarantees good air quality without the need for airing.
The building is surrounded by a small garden for common use, a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, covered bike spaces and 6 parking spaces that can be rented at €50/month each.
