Very convenient apartment for walking to the university area of Veronetta; in fact, the accommodation is located in the quiet residential area of via Santa Chiara, a few steps from the Adige river.

It consists of 3 single rooms, two of which with balcony, one   multi-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with window and shower, a   closet and one   large 18 m2 terrace , ideal for studying outdoors and sunbathing.

The house does not have a car park, but it is possible to request a season ticket from the Municipality to park in the appropriate blue spaces in the adjacent streets (if you take up residence, the permit is free for one car). A bicycle parking space is available to tenants in the building's counter area.
