The room
This spacious and tastefully furnished room has been designed to create a pleasant and functional environment for a student who needs to spend his university years in Verona.
The room is equipped with a comfortable double bed with slatted base and orthopedic mattress, accompanied by a mattress cover to ensure restful sleep at all times. Two bedside tables, one with an open compartment and one with 2 drawers, offer enough space to keep your personal items within reach. The hanging bookcase with open compartment is perfect for arranging books and decorative items, while the 3-door wardrobe offers ample space for storing your clothes.
The room also includes a spacious desk with a 150 x 60 cm top and wooden legs, ideal for working and studying comfortably. The PEDRALI chair guarantees maximum comfort, while the desk lamp allows optimal lighting during study hours. The environment is enriched by an elegant EGLO chandelier, which creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, the apartment consists in fact of 3 spacious single bedrooms, all with access to the balconies of the house; an eat-in kitchen complete with the main appliances (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob), direct access to the balcony, table with 4 chairs and a closet perfect as a pantry, a windowed bathroom complete with shower, toilet and washer-dryer, garage (upon request for €50/month) and sheltered bike space.
Interior design choices are crucial for improving the quality of life, which is why it was decided to pay particular attention to selected, high-quality furnishings and new fixtures; the intent is to create a refined environment with high living comfort.

Just in front of the building there is a lovely park, the area is also well served by public transport. Close to all types of services such as supermarkets, gyms, gastronomy, restaurants and bars, the apartment is excellent for the motor science faculties or for the Veronetta faculties.
